Meet the Coach

Meet Josh | Lead Physiotherapist & Strength & Conditioning Coach

Josh is a dual-qualified physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach. He has a particular interest in supplementary fitness training for the injured athlete, ensuring they maintain and develop physical performance throughout the rehabilitation process.

He graduated with First-Class Honours in Physiotherapy (BSc) from Keele University, and holds a Master’s degree (MSc) with Distinction in Strength and Conditioning from Loughborough University.

With well over a decade of clinical experience, Josh has worked primarily within specialised musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports medicine environments, helping injured athletes return to performance. He also has wide-ranging performance coaching experience, having worked with enthusiastic amateurs all the way up to international athletes preparing for World Championships, and everything in between.

Outside of the clinic, Josh spends most of his time playing or coaching hockey, training in the gym, or exploring the outdoors, typically accompanied by his dog Maisie.
